SCREENCASTING & CLOSED CAPTIONS

Creating Accessible online tutorials using video editing and closed captions.

Design Scenario: Design an instructional video, using either screencasting or animation, to teach other eductators how and why to create Scalable Vector Graphics. The video should demonstrate an understanding of Universal Design for Learning Principles. It should be 2-4 minutes long and fully accessible - including closed captioning.

Learning Objective: Learners can create their own SVG suing template tracing.

​

Media type: Screencast with voice over and closed captions.

​

Tools: Vectr.com, Screencast-o-matic, Adobe Spark.
