INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN IN INDUSTRY

The following presentation looks at two scenarios to illustrate how a Learning Designer or training consultant:

• designs learning objectives to achieve institutional goals

• identifies and collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

...within a corporate setting.

 

The scenarios were set as part of the LDT200X course, where I had to outline the goals, SMART learning objectives and SMEs that I identified for my client in each case.
