Reflecting on Learning Theories in Action
As I am currently studying towards a MicroMasters qualification in Instructional Design and Technology, I find it interesting to reflect on how the learning theories apply to my own learning experiences. From the formal learning throughout my education, to the informal learning that I undertake as I explore new languages, themes, skills and technologies - By reflecting on how Learning Theory shapes our own experiences, we can develop a greater awareness of the needs and motivations of learners.
